Have Moth Ulcers And Tonsillitis. Taken Azythromicin, Alerid And Bicasule. Is It Related To Pharyngitis?
I have some ulcers and Tonsills ....exactly as per i concerned to Dr..... Firstly when they happened i have not taken them seriously and taken by self 1 Bicasule per day...after 3 days...i have appointed a local Clinic Dr....he says pharangitis...like any words.........but given medicine Azythromicin , Alerid and Bicasule after 3 days No relief....then again treated i have advised Amoxacillin......but no relief after...that steroids for 3 days...it relieves.......when they happen first time.......... then again they happened Second time...after 10-15 days.....Dr given Oflox-OZ and Bicasule a pain killer + Ocid........, No relief same goes for 12 days medicine was changed or moxaclave Antibiotic is replaced in place of Oflox -OZ Third time same medicine taken no relief same happened after 10 -15 days...., but after 3rd time relaxation Dr. says Acyclovir -200 mg for 7 Days......5 times in a day, and after Acyclovir Course it goes arround 15-20 days finally again a little spot of 4 mm near the swallowing Gland on right side....and a light white mark in left side also...but so light on left and paining not much 5 days happen ....and they are not spreaded like 2nd and 3rd time....because that time water drop was impossible to swallow. As you mentioned in the query almost 90 days passed and still you are having ,4 mm size bump or spot on the right side tonsil or tongue (not clear in query).One more bump or spot on the left side.
You took various type of antibiotics in these 90 days .
May be due to.
1 Candidiasis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician as clinical as well medical history is important in this case.
2 Leukoplakia , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination and biopsy from the effected parts.
3 Strep tonsil may be the reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by throat swab.
In my opinion as this is a concerning , so visit an E N T and get his opinion .
