Have Nausea, Painful Breasts, Tingling Sensation, Low Grade Fever, Loose Stools. Had Implanon Taken Out. Could I Be Pregnant?

Hello.
I had my Implanon taken out August 21st. I had a 5 day menstral Sept 2-6.
My boyfriend and I have have intercourse every day since then. We're not trying to get preganant but not avoiding it either. Lately I have had tingles, quick pains in my boobs, Mild headaches. Little nausea not lasting long or goes away when I eat. Quick dizzy spells, increase in discharge. Feels like running low grade fever all the time the past week, and still to this day. One day I might have really lose stools and the next struggle to go. Could I be pregnant and is it to early to test?

Yes,you could be pregnant as you are not taking any contraception.
But,it is too early for confirmation.
After missed period,you can do urine pregnancy test for confirmation of pregnancy.Two vertical lines on card confirms pregnancy.
Your symptoms may be due to other reasons because it is bit early for pregnancy symptoms.Any way,it is not of so much concern.You may have viral fever.you can contact physician.
