Have Needle Picking Pain In The Chest

Hi, im a 17 year old female,today i ve been feeling needle pokes in my chest in the middle of it and a little to the left, it hurts very bad and it lasted for 3 hours this afternoon and I m getting it back now. it is really bothering me, and i have a high temperature too, what should i do?

Are you having any other complains like cough, breathlessness and sputum production..
You should an Xray chest done to rule out any involvement of your lungs..
It is less likely to be associated with your heart..
