hello
One think that the tonsil never bleeds just like that they bleed only during surgery.
bleed could be because of chronic irritation in neck.
you might be having chronic gastroesophageal reflux
This is reflux of stomach contents in esophagus(food pipe) and then to pharynx
You could take this---
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Sompraz D (Omeprazole +Domperidom ) two times a day half an hour before meals
Syp. Digene gel (antacid gel)2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals
Cap. Zevit (multivitamin) twice daily
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food
Avoid late night coffee
follow up after 7 days.
