Have Not Done Sex Yet. Is It Fine Taking Pregnacare In This Situation?

Hi! I got married in January. I couldn't have intercourse since my hubby stayed just for 15 days after our marriage. I had been to a gyne to consult about my periods problem which she found to not to be worried about, but at the end the doc prescribed me 'pregnacare' (pre-conception). Now my query is, can I take pregnacare even though m not physical with my husband yet, I didn't have sex at all as yet. Is it ok?, once I move to America with him we tend to plan our family right after so in that context is it fine if I keep taking pregnacare?? Let me mention again we didn't have sex yet n till we have it, is it ok if I keep taking pregnacare as doc prescribed??

Hello,
Its fine to take pregnacare before conception. It provides certain nutrients that will help with a healthy fetus. you can also take it later, when you plan your pregnancy. It should be taken at least 3 months before you concieve. so you can wait and take later after you be with your husband.
