Have Only One Ovary, Getting Early Period With A Heavier Flow, Clots, Bad Cramps And Nausea. Serious? Any Possible Causes?

I have four kids and my husband had a vasectomy 9 years ago and I have only one ovary ... I was two weeks early my last period with a heavier flow than usual with clots, bad cramps and nausea . Now two weeks later (my normal cycle) I am spotting dark brown we are short on money right now so I don t want to go if its not serious. Do you think it might be serious? Can you tell me any possible causes?

Hi, nine years after the vasectomy, it is not possible for failure of the operation. there is no possibility of the pregnancy, any how if you have doubt, you can have a home pregnancy test.
The other causes could be anemia, infection, or harmonal changes.
i to my patients with such symptoms prescribe hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime. Thank you.
