Have Open Pores And Scars On Nose. Tried Laser Treatment. No Effect. Alternate Remedy?

gud mor doc . i am sandeep . 28 years .weight 66 kgs . i used to get pimples at age of 17 .at that time i didnt punctured it. so they became big .then they were removed the pus by small drilling machine. they became small open pore cuts .so they gave sm stitches and nw my nose has some open pores n scars type .so i did laser treatment thrice but no result and pls suggest me what to do .........

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for writing in.
laser results depend on type of machine,parameters used and frequency /number of sessions of treatment.Fractional Co2 laser is effective in open pores.Other modalities would be micodermabrsion and chemical peeling with glycolic /phytic peels.
using different laser with changed parameters can also help a lot.
