Have Pain In Stomach, Like Period And Stool Cramps, Hurts Sitting, Standing, Relief Laying Down. Nursing, Had One Period

I have had extremely bad pain in my lower stomach. Feels mix of period cramps and needing to go to the bathroom cramps, but way worse.
It hurts to sit or stand only relief is laying down, which just eases it a bit.
I had a baby 6 months ago, I am still nursing, I am not taking the pill and have only had 1 period so far which was two weeks ago.

Hi,
It seems that you might have some infection in your Genito-Urinary tract infection.
go for urine check up.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
You may require one antibiotic medicine course to solve your problem.
Meanwhile take antispasmodic tablet like Dicycomie as and when required.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
