Have Pain In Testicles Along With Swelling In One Of Them. No Medication Or Test Done. What Can It Be?

sir my right testicle appears larger then the left one and from the last four days I have a slight pain in it. when I touch my right testicle then I feel pain in it. also the testicle appear harder as well.
there is no redness but i think there is a very minor swelling
no vomit or nausea
no fever
no injury
no burning in urine
no unprotected sex
no blood in urine/semen
no painful ejaculation

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed infection of the testicle (Orchitis).
However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General surgeon or Urologist.

Kindly consult the consultant to confirm the diagnosis.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

It should get cured within a week.
Please get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
