Have Pain In The Head. Feel Very Heavy. Feel Nauseous. Throat Is Sore. Cure For Symptoms?

Good day, I really don't feel myself my head just started to pain feel so very very heavy that I can't even sleep, and of top of it I feels nauseous. Please help I can't take it anymore. And before the heavy headaches starts if feels my throat is sore, but it just goes away once the headaches starts. Thank you for your kindness.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

From your symptoms, I would like to suspect a sinusitis with flu. Flu can present with multiple symptoms including sore throat and headaches. Sometimes a patient develops bacterial throat infection along with flu. AT that time a course of antibiotics becomes necessary. You can take paracetamol for your headaches as necessary. Doing saline gargle with help soothe your throat.
