Have Pain In The Left Side Like A Lump

I am a 50 year old male. Have a pain in mid left side, feel a lump. Had similar pain about a year ago, had some sort of scan and it didn t show anything. Came on suddenly this time when I got out of a car several weeks ago and is sporatic, but getting worse when it occurs.

I would like to know where exactly you have the pain. Are you mentioning abdomen or any other part of the body. does the pain occur after food or before food ? are you on any kind of medication for some other health problem ?
I would like to know more details to co relate and find a solution for your problem.
