Have Pain In The Throat, Center Of The Chest. Hurts To Take Deep Breaths. How To Overcome This?

this morning i was having pain that went from my throat to the center of my chest an around to my left side in my back.. it hurt to take deep breaths an was a nonstop painful pain... now my throat an chest feel very bursed is this considered a air bubble in my chest an everytime i swallow i can feel a pain in my throat an chest as it goes down im only 29 by the way

hello,
Is pain relieved ---if not go to the emergency room immediately.
if relieved then you can take antireflux medication and follow wait and watch policy.
and follow precautions--
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food     
Avoid late night coffee
