Have Pain Inside Of Scrotum And Fluid Leaked From Penis. Not Sexually Active. Cause?
Hey, my name is Jason. Earlier today it felt like something was leaking from penis after urinated in a urnal, but when I checked, nothing was there. That was ealier today and I havent had any problems since, however 20 minutes ago, the inside of my scrotum started hurting and hurts as I am typing this and some sort of fluid leaked out of my penis. I am worry something bad may be happening. I am not sexually active, and have not masturbated for 2 weeks. Do you have any idea?
Pain in the scrotal region can be attributed to:
1. Trauma
2. Inflammation/infection.
3. Varicocele
4. Hydrocele.
In your post you have not mentioned about any history of trauma.
So, an infective or inflammatory cause can also be thought of, such as orchitis or epididymo-orchitis.
Under such condition, you need to take antibiotics along with analgesics under the guidance of a Urologist.
Investigation like Complete blood count, Urine analysis & Ultrasound scan of the scrotal region will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
Wishing a Good Health.
Thanks & take care.
