Have Pain On Back, Stomach And Penis. Tests Normal. Remedy?

Hello Doctor, My name is harish. i am having pain in my penis from 36 hours. Initially i got pain in my back and right side of the stomach . Then later on it started spreading till my lower abdomen .Like this it is happening from last 2 days and pain is observed only in night times, by morning pain seems to be ok. but today pain is not going from my penis. I have consulted a doctor today and thez did tests and told everything seems to be normal and told to consult a urologist by monday. i exactly dont know what to do till then, i am not able to tolerate this pain. pls help me out

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a impacted stone in the lower part of the Right Ureter.
This stone might be in upper ureter earlier 36 hours back but has moved down and got impacted at Vesico Ureteric Junction( Junction of the Ureter with Bladder) giving rise to pain and irritation in penis.

Please get your Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.

Advice of a qualified Urologist will be helpful to decide the mode of the further treatment.
