Have Painful Diabetic Ulcer, On Medication That Haven't Helped. What Can Be Done For Quick Treatment?
Hello A month ago I was seen in the er for foot pain I was told I have a diabetic ulcer between my 4th and 5th toe. Checked for diabetes and nothing! Was placed on meds also given cream to help heal whatever's going on a month later it's so painful to walk can't wear any of my shoes I'm at a loss any advice would be great

I you have diabetes decreasing sugars is main role because it will not let heal the wound. If you don't have diabetes and wound does not heal, debridement and then on medication would be better of treatment, Hope it helped you. Thanks,
