Have Painful Urination, White Vaginal Discharge, Frequent Urge To Urinate After Having Sex

Well yesterday me and my bf had sex but he didnt cum inside me. Now today it hurts to go pee and I also have this white jelly like stuff coming out of my vagina. And just within the past hour ive had to pee about 15 times and its not much but it feels like im gonna have to pee a gallon. Can you please tell me more?
