Hello ma'am and welcome.

The color of your stools can at times be pale, this could be attributed to diet. Is there something you are consuming on a regular basis that could cause this?

Is your stool foul-smelling? The frequent urination could be a sign of some abnormality in your genito-urinary tract, and will have to be looked upon. Dehydration due to the frequent urination could also cause changes in your stool. My advise would be to visit a doctor and get both your stool and urine checked.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

OBGYN Dr. Madhuri N Bagde's  Response
Hi,
The weight loss and pale stools are suggestive of a liver problem.
I suggest that you get a liver function test done as well as an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to look for the liver as well as the ovary.
If the tumor is more than 6cm, at your age it needs to be removed irrespective of benign or malignant.
Frequent urination may be due to a urinary infection which is not uncommon after menopause so just drink plenty of water. If it persists, a urine test and single dose of some antibiotics like norfloxacin usually cure it.
Hope you find this useful. Have a good day.
