Have Palpitation Only While Resting, Heart Rate Slow. Reason?

hi, i have paplpitations only when resting and my heart rate is slow, below 60 beats per minute, it feels like one big beat then a couple of fast ones. if i do some light exersise and raise my heart rate they seem to stop. ive had blood tests ultra sound and ecg scans but the palpitations did not occur when i had the scan. they happen most nights, any help would be appreciated. thank tom
