Have Partners Rim, Suck, Kiss Me As Soft Fun. No Anal/oral/vaginal Sex. Now Have Few Cuts & Itching. Spreading. STD?

Hello Doctor... I am 27 year guy. I had few times soft fun with 5 to 6 guys in 3 months of time (soft fun as in, getting cock touched with cock, getting a person rim me, getting my armpits licked etc..) The area above balls, backside and sides of cock contains few cuts due to my consistent itching. With this status, i had soft fun with guys..The itching recently i am getting around the edges of anus.. is this due to many partners rimming me in 3 months of time? I have never indulged in anal/oral/vaginal sex. Just had partners rim, suck and kiss me.. Are there chances of any risk carrying diseases? I am just applying "Itch Guard" cream...Can you please help?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Cuts on the external genitalia are a risk factor for spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including.
STDs are transmitted by genital route.
The source of infection is the discharge/ secretions of the genital tract and oral cavity.
When these secretions/ discharge come in contact with the mucosal surface of another person, transmission of the infection can take place.
Infections can spread in the absence of penetrative sex also.
Multiple partners is another risk factor for the transmission of the disease.
Itching on the external genitalia can be due to a primary skin problem, an allergy or irritation or due to infection.
Fungal infections are commonly associated with itching.

You need to consult a dermatologist/ venerologist for clinical examination and clinical examination to rule out infections.

Thanks and take care
