Have Penile Discharge, Pain When Urinating. Not STD. Reason?

Dr. Grief,
My name is Mike and I have a penile discharge. This discharge is more prevalent in the morning time and is not accompanied with pain when urinating. I thought it may be gonorrhea or some other STD, but the only girl i've slept with in months has been tested and came back clean. So my question to you is: What other reasons besides STDs or STIs can cause my penile discharge? Thank you for your time! -Mike

Penile discharge is definitely secondary to some form of uretheritis.THis needs to be tested by a urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity test ,a Digital Rectal Examination to look for prostatitis and a urine examination for nongonococcal urethritis.A STD panel may help look for any missed STD which may be double checked.
