Have Periods More Frequently. The Bleeding Is Less Compared To Periods But Heavy Than Spotting. What Could Be The Problem?

in October 3 I started my period it was normal lasted about 5 days but like 3 days later I was bleeding again it was less than a period but more than spotting its stopped two days later, by October 24 I was bleeding again I believe it was my period again in the same month it lasted 5 or 6 days and its now the 1st of nov and I am spotting again, I had no pain or discomfort until sunday October 27 I had burning pain like if it was in my overies both sides and the feeling of pressure or feeling to push something out. im 26yrs im not on birth control haven't used any since 6 yrs ago and cant be pregnant my husband had vasectomy 5yrs ago after our last child was born, should I be conserned and seek medical advice
