Have Persistent Tonsil Stones. Recommendations?

I m located in Houston, Tx. I have been having difficulty with tonsil stones for the last few years (27 years old, tonsils never removed), at times having no complication for several consecutive months. I rarely have a sore throat or any swelling or other throat complications...just the persistent stones. Is a referral required from an MD to see an EMT? Been attacking the matter on the home front but they just keep coming back; researching my options. I have tried removing them myself, gargling with Hydrogen Peroxide , used TheraBreath products (2 years ago). I do not have insurance but know that what all I ve been doing isn t working to keep the problem at bay. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks for your time.

I think this is a lesion or health condition that cannot actually be well managed through home care. The advice and opinion of an ENT surgeon or specialist is actually needed. this procedire might require a smiple surgicak procedure, but could require preliminary work up that could be very important for the sfaety and succes of theb procedure. Predisposing factors to this could also be detected alternative traetment options proposed.
I suggest you book an appointment with the ENt specialist and actually get consulted.
