Have Pimple And Rash Near The Scrotum. No Medication Till Now. What Can Be The Cause And Remedy For This?

hello, in between my scrotum and tight I've developed a rash, and it's quite painful and time and has now seem to have spread down the crease, I've also noticed a big pimple and has leaked out a pus like liquid, but the are does tend to smell quite bad, and now I've noticed it happening on the other side of my thigh are as well.

Hi,

It seems that you are having candidal intertrigo with secondary bacterial infection.

Take antifungal tablet like ketoconazole or itraconazole.

Take a short course of antibiotics with anti inflammatory drugs.

Apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole or miconazole on red patches.

Apply antibiotic ointment like mupirocin oint. on infected lesion.

But , remove the pus and clean the lesion with antiseptic liquid.

Keep the affected area dry.

Have blood tests to rule out DM or other immunocompromised condition.

Improve immunity by taking immunobusters.

Improve hygiene.

Have heathy food and good sleep.

Avoid worries and tension.
