Have Pimples And Marks On Face. No Relief With Prescribed Creams. Suggestions?

hi im chaitanya.i have lot of pimples nd pink marks on my face.i hve been to many dermatologists doctors.they suggested me 2 use sum tablets nd creams on my face.i tried applying those creams on my face but it gve me chnge only fr 1-2 days after dat my pimples again started coming on my face.can u suggest me the best cream or medicines for my pimples and also to cure pink spots on my face.

Hello use oral isotretion if no contraindications which is the drug of choice in the dose of 20 mg alternate day gor 4-5 months which completely cures pimples.use lipbalm twice daily as the drug causes xerosis of lips.do a lipid profile before using the drug
