Have Pimples On Face. Tried Acnecin Soap, Acne Aid Face Wash Etc. No Change. Remedy?

I am 23 years old. From last two months I've got pimples on my face. I've consulted the doctors. According to their advise I've also triede acnecin soap, akoff soap, med soap, acne aid face wash, nadibact, faceklin, scar gel,,etc..... But still there are pimples causing black scars. After 10 days I've my engagement....plz sir help me

Welcome yo healthcare magic.
You could continue to use clindamycin gel and benzoyl peroxide gels for active pimples. For the marks, you could apply kojic acid cream to lighten them you could also try glycolic acid peels. However, it is difficult to completely get rid of the marks in 10 days. You could only lighten them to some extent.
