Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the pharyngitis, and probably laryngitis, secondary to the allergic cold, or viral cold infection. The inflammation brings about the inflammatory changes.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin500mg, dicyclomine hydrochloride, levocitrizine, phenylephrine hydrochloride, and ammonium chloride.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
