Have Pre-seminal Leakage. No Erection. Medication?

my age is 30...never had any sexual relationship ...have a problem of pre seminal leakage it used to happen even when I even talk to any girl who has feeling for me without even a physical contact....and now a days I always observe this even if I don't even talk to some girl.....I hardly get erection now...not using any sort of medicine...my diet is good too ...kindly suggest me what to do or any medicine to use.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of getting leakage of pre cum even while talking to any girl.
This is due to reflex excessive secretion of periurethral gland located in urethra which get stimulated even with sexual thoughts .
This is not abnormal at all and is due to anxiety. This will get resolved itself over a period of time.

As regards your problem of not getting erection it is not necessary that one will get erection while talking to girl,it is of significance only if one does not get erection while doing masturbation or on physical contact with female partner.
Please consult qualified sexologist for evaluation and further treatment.
