Hi Doctor, I am Niru, age 27,single, hight 5 7, weight 70. I have back pain . I am suffering from premature ejaculation very badly, its like even I see any romantic movie or touch my girl friend, sperm coming out on spot. later i am not getting thoughts to continue. I am worried about it please suggest me how to over come from this problem also suggest me type of exercises and food which helps me.
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of involuntary ejaculation even with slight sexual stimuli . What you think as a premature ejaculation is not premature ejaculation at all.
Premature ejaculation is defined as an ejaculation that occurs within one minute of penetration of penis in vagina during intra vaginal sex with a female partner.
In early adolescence it is common to get ejaculated due to sexual thoughts or sexual stimuli and the problem gets resolved of its own without any treatment,
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and resolve your problem. 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
