Have Problem Of Singing Upper Notes Because Of Xymoheal

Since you are a singer it is most likely that you may have an affliction of the sound box or the vocal cords which is resulting in your voice problem.
Most of the vocal cord problems are common in singers and it increases when you have an infection or due to reflux.
Since the medication has no effect it is imperative that you perform an endoscopic examination of the vocal cords and get back to me or any ENT with the reports
