Have Problem With Libido And No Sensitivity In The Penis

my boyfriend has had a prostectomy and he has zero libido - and almost zero sensitivity in his penis. he says that he feels he is neutered. he pushes me away so as to avoid intimacy of any kind, and therefore avoid his emotional pain. what do we do? do we break up because he is so miserable? how do we try to make the relationship work? we are at a loss. it seems like we are at a dead end.

Hi, Welcome to Health caragic forum.
Prostatectomy usually may not cause loss of libido.
The cause may be he must be feeling that he has some problem by surgery, or may be he had some other psychological problem.
I advise you to consult a psychologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Ask him to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health, and stamina by all means.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
