Have Problem With Penis, Had Sex, Used Condom, Penis Foreskin Turned Red, Swollen, Hurts. Cause And Cure?

I have a problem with my penis , i had sex with a girl last Thursday and used a condom & i had sex for hours, stop and then went back again used another condom. The next day my penis, foreskin on the right side where the tip is turned red and was swollen, never happened before. Im not sexually active and its got worse to the point where I cant touch it cause it hurts, I cant handle the pain and I think I might of got something from her? I need help, my throut hurts and Ive been feeling sick lately?! Idk what to do...

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed acute infection of the Glans and Foreskin( Ballano Posthatitis) due to rough vigorous and multiple episodes of sex over a short period of time.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily.

Observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning genitals with warm water twice daily.

Avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely.
