Have Problems Maintaining An Erection. Have Pretty Bad Lower Back From Time Spent In The Military. Problem?
I am a healthy, 43 year old man. I live a very active lifestyle and have been, up to this point, very sexually active with my wife. I am now experiencing problems maintaining an erection, mostly while on my back. I have not had any medical issues other then a pretty bad lower back from time spent in the military. Is this something I should go see my doc about or is there something over the counter I can take?
Don't worry. Maintenance of erection is more of a psychological well being rather than physical in the absence of other diseases. Therefore take heart and stop worrying. The failure must have come because of some tiredness or fatigue. Think in that way. Try sex when you are fresh and not while you are tired. Use imagery techniques to have proper sex practices. Worry makes your erection more difficult. Good luck.
