Have Puss Stones Forming In Tonsils With Yellowish White Thing Growing Around , Bleeds When Removing. Any Suggestion?

Yes, so I'm aware that I have tonsilithosis or whatever the proper name is for puss stones forming in your tonsils, but I just got over being sick for 2 weeks a few weeks ago with a drainage like sickness with a very sore throat, but lately I've been noticing what is a yellowish white thing growing all in the spots of both my tonsils and I've tried removing them with a q-tip and toothpick and they wont come out like the normal puss stones, instead they bleed and kind of tear as if they're skin... And these are a darker yellow than my common white puss stones
