Have Quit Smoking. Throat Pain When Swallowing. Have Cyst On Vocal Cord

I recently quit smoking a month ago so I am going through alot of challenges I recently notice that when I swallow cold water the left side of my throat hurts what can that possibly be? In the past I have had a cyst on vocal chord before and have been scoped as well... My voice does feel strained lately but that s after a month of quitting smoking and all of a sudden hurts to swallow cold water on left side of throat
