Have Radiography Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

hello good day! I had a radiographic report and it says that, There are fine hazy densities seen at the left upper lobe.... the rest are normal... the conclusion is inflammatory process at the left upper lobe. follow up xray 2-3 weeks after to rule out chronic pathology .. my question is what is the interpretation of this doc?, why is this so?, i dont have any symtoms and im not sick, i worry about this because this is for pre employment.. thanks and godbless!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
first, this can be nothing usually due to eblarged pulmonary vessels or lymoh nodes. Secondly it can be sign of mild acute pneumonia and you dont need to have any symotoms of it and third it can be sign of chronic brochisit, asthma, emphysema or any other chronic pulmonary disease especailly if you are a smoker and live in pollution air area. It shouldnt bother you for preemployment tests. After the follow up you ll know is there any progression or this was nothing. WIsh you good health.
