Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Diprosan is a steroid used for allergies. This rash needs to be examined by a dermatologist to rule out ant infective cause. Common infection on fingers is fungal infection which can be confirmed by testing of skin along the edge of rash under microscope for any fungal elements and by fungal culture. I suggest you get the rash examined and get the appropriate test done to confirm infection.
Thanks.
