Have Recurring Lichen Plantus On Legs. Have Itching. Need Relief

I have recurring Lichen Plantus on both legs, but only on the lower part from the shins to below the ankles. The Dr.
has diagnosed as Dermatitus Lichen Planus that no topical medication can help. Is there any new studies or researches that have any relief for this condition. I am in constant mild to moderate pain with itching all the time. The sores are gettting worse with each time they occur. Please help.
