Have Red Acne On Back Leaving Black Marks. Pains When Rubbed. Treatment?

I am getting red acnes/ pink bumps / PAPULES on my back since last 2 yrs . It happens in all seasons..and increases in summer ..When acnes gradually die , it leaves behind black marks . When red , causes little pain too when rubbed . Have tried some treatments but its not getting cured from within . They keep re surfacing. PLs advise . Thanks, Manish Kumar

you have acne vulgaris with infection ,that is why you feel pain over it
you need to apply clindamycin gel over it
never rub ,pinch or scratch it .
avoid direct sun exposure .
peeling ,microderma ,laser are other good option for you
better to consult dermatologist
