Have Red Burns, Raised Skin, Pus-filled. Had Sex Recently. Help

i have two small red bumls, raised skin like a sit bit doesn t turn into a white head, if I squeeze them a couple time q hard white substance come out and i have to actually pull the hard substance oitor rub it out of the bump, I noticed today both have a little hole in the center... It s always the same two in the same spot on and off for years... I have recently have sex with my girlfriend and maybe a little raw there or irritated a few days later, what are these things and do I need to see a doctor, o don t wanna pass anything on to my girlfriend and also I had a std check and everything was clean... Thanks for the help...

Thanks for posting on HCM,

You are having benign penile papules/pustules which are most of the time harmless lesions but could be infected subsequently when a pore is bore through them by accident or by an infection. Bacteria, fungi, virus could affect it but not necessarily STD. If you and your girlfriend have both been faithful to each other for these years, then it is unlikely an STD and by the way from your description, I hardly doubt it is STD.
Most penile papules are harmless and you do not need to be squeezing on them as you might get them worst. If they get you worried, take them to a doctor to examine physically and if it requires treatment, you will receive an appropriate treatment for it.
