Have Red, Painful Bumps On Hands, Arm, Feet. Looks Like Bug Bites. Some Parts Is Pink And Numb. Problem?

I recently noticed this red, painful bumps/lumps on the outside side of both my hands, a couple on either arm, a couple on either leg, and a couple on the bottom of my feet, which make it painful to walk. I've spoken to some people who say it looks like bug bites, but some bumps/lumps are bigger than the others, and I thought you'd be able to see where the bug has bitten me. So I'm not sure what they are. But the ones on my hands are about an inch below the base of my pinky, and it makes my pinky go slightly numb.

Hi i think it is due to bug bites only.use of antihistamine.antibiotic and hhfudic ointment on the lesions can cure it
