Have Red Spots On Penis Head Due To Masturbation. Have Itchiness After Applying Neosporin. How To Treat This?

Due to harsh masterbation I had red big spots on my penis head . I applied neosporin on it for 3-4 days and then today when I woke up in the morning I found the inner skin covering my penis has the red spots and is itching , so I applied detol to it and searched if it is good or not and in here I found out that it's not gud so I washed my penis after 10mins ... It was a bit of senseless before but now it is normal but it still has itching on it with red spots . Very worried please help .

This could be small lesion must have formed due to friction this will come around without any medicine but need to keep it clean and do not apply anything otherwise this will take little more time to heal mean while you have to stop the act take care and have good day.
