Have Redness And Swelling In Knees And Feet Which Is Sensitive And Unexplainable. What Could It Be?

from the balls of my feet to the heel, in a line through my arch has became red, kind of swollen, and VERY sensitive to touch, even if its lightly. when walking that line feels tight, almost like there s tape on my feet. i do work standing but only for a few hours 5 at the most. its been like this for a few days now but i ve had this job for almost a year and this is a first, what could it be?

acute onset pain in foot specially the great toe can be explained by GOUT. get your serum uric acid examined. take tab Naprosyn 500 mg twice daily for 5 days if your kidney functions are fine.
