Have Runny, Clogged And Stuffy Nose, Burning Sensation On Cheeks. How To Diagnose My Symptoms?
My temperature is 97 and I don't particularly feel ill except for my runny nose that makes my nose clogged and stuffy. Since yesterday because I was out in the cold too long. Today I was outsidr in the cold as well, being all stuffy nosed, walking around at a higher than normal oace, and yes drinking a cold thing once before all the walking. I just got home and I took a shower after. I dried my hair and asked my mom to get me a pilk because I was feeling bad. I felt a burning sensation on my face, cheeks to be exact. So I drank the whole water bottlw too as I watched a movie. My cheeks are still really hot but my forehead isn't and I have a stuffy nose. I checked my temoerature and its 97. What's up with that?
Your symptoms are suggestive of common cold which is a viral illness and commonly caused due to exposure to cold weather. You can take Tab Sinarest twice daily after food for three days. Drink warm water. Avoid exposure to cold and cold drinks. Steam inhalation will help relieve the nasal stuffiness. If it does not reduce you can use Nasivion nasal drops two drops in both nostrils thrice daily to relieve the clogged nose.
Thanks.
