Have Semen Leak Often Without Control. Is It Normal?
Hi doctor,
I am 29 years old. From the age 13 itself, I started to masturbate but monthly once. now a days, what I feel that If I had a normal talk with girl, my semen leaks. Is it normal or abnormal? I am unmarried. Because, even if I just having talk with a girl itself, semen leaks means, could I able to satisfy my wife in sex after marriage?

You have problem of premature ejeculation. You are 29 year old and recently you have developed the problem of premature ejecualtion. Also when you talk to some girl there occur leakage of some fluid. I would like to tell you that it is not semen but it is called as precum. It is a lubricating fluid and it can come out in any man during excitation. As you are unmarried and are currently sexually inactive so I would advise you to please wait till your marriage, the problem should correct itself. If no improvement occurs then medicine like SSRIs as Dapoxetine are good alternative which can prolong your ejeculation time.

you should go for urine routine and microscopic examination.
As per your question i dont think that you can not stisfy your wife. so dont worry get married and enjoy life
