Have Sensation Of Forgetting To Breath, Pain Under Left Collar Bone. All Test Done. Is It Anxiety?

I believe I have an anxiety issue, but wanted to check. I will have occasional momentary episodes (especially while drifting off to sleep), where I have a sensation of forgetting to breath. Sometimes, I have experienced a sharp momentary pain under my left collar-bone in my upper left chest (feels like a sharp stab for only a second) - this is not anywhere near my heart (and while these happen there is no unusual heart beats).

I have had EEGs EKGs, Hollter monitors, stress tests and everything comes back unremarkable. One of the other challenges that I believe is exacerbating my issue is that, while I have higher BP (managed to 118/ 76 with 100mg Cozaar), I also have a very low pulse (always have - it was 26bpm until I was in my 30s'(, it is now between 36 - 38 resting (I am 53).

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns
From the description you gave, you are quite a healthy person.
But worried.
Every test indicates your above par health, and you should be happy about that at the age of 53.
Congratulations and great work done in your blood pressure.
Regarding your heart beats, some people do have these issues.
As long as other tests are normal, there is nothing to worry.
In ancient yoga and chinese chi methods, low heart beat is positive health indication.
Regarding the shart pain, it may possible be due to anxiety or sprain.
Do some relaxation exercises daily and you will feel the difference.
Wish you speedy recovery.
