Have Severe Back Pain Going To Stomach, Gurgling Stomach, Sometimes Take Breath Away

Hi, I have severe pain in my back going through to the front of my stomach, feels like I pulled something but at I seem to think it could be trapped wind. I was fine this morning, I bent over this morning to make the bed and it started then? I also have gurgling sounds in my stomach. It is very painful and sometimes takes my breath away when I move in different positions. YYYY@YYYY
Many thanks Sharon.

greetings friend, there are many causes of back and abdominal pain that he might be concerned about, including pancreas problems, ulcers, gallbladder problems, acid reflux, and aortic aneurysms. Fortunately, most of these are unlikely unless the symptoms are severe and persistent. If they are, he should seek a doctor because these are significant symptoms with treatable causes. Also back pain can radiate into the stomach and cause symptoms as well even if there is no attributable cause to the pain. If her pain persists for a couple of days or significantly worsens, I would seek medical attention. cheers.
