Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
The lump in the nose could be due to Nasal Polyps or Nasal cancer.
All the other symptoms you are experiencing headache, neck pain, eye pain, ear pain, changes in taste are also due to this nasal polyp or nasal cancer.

These nasal polyps usually occur after long term inflammation by allergies or infection or asthma in nose.
Bleeding in the nose could be also be due to either Polyp or Cancer in nose.
To differentiate whether the lump is you need complete physical examination and further investigation.
You treating doctor may look at the lump and use Nasal endoscopy.
If he suspects, he make take a small tissue biopsy from the lump and send for tissue examination to rule out Nasal cancer.

If the specimen shows features of nasal carcinoma, then he may refer you to a oncologist for further management like radiotherapy or chemotherpy or surgery.

If it is a polyp, he may refer to ENT physician for the removal of polyp. As your symptoms suggestive of you might have larger polyp.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
