Have Severe Fever, Headache And Body Pain. Blood Test Showing Infected With Salmonella Typhi. Suggest The Precautions To Be Taken

Hi Sir, 1 month back i got a fever with 103 so, I took medicine, it's gone. after 10 to 15 days i Got severe Fever 103 and head ache,body pains. so, went to RMP. he gave some medicines. i was recovered that time. After 15 days i got same fever with 101 degrees with head ache and body pains. so, he recommended blood test. BiLOOD TEST SAYS THAT i was infected with Salmonella Typhi 1:160 dilution. That time i went to M.B.B.S doctor he gave some antibotic course of 10 days. Course has been completed i recovered but, When i am walking my legs are paining little bit and i am working little headache is there. what is the reason for it....??? Reasons for typhi..y?? i got typhoid second time in my life time. what precautions should i take....???

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Now you recovered from typhoid , that's a good thing.
Typhoid have four strain ( type of salmonellae ).
Infected water is the main source of infection of typhoid fever, so if possible use sterile water.
Now a days Typhoid vaccine is available in the market so get it from chemist shop .
Vaccination for typhoid is very effective and good available oral as well injection form.
Consult your treating doctor and get his opinion.
