Have Severe Low Back Pain. Discomfort After Intercourse. Frequent Urination. Irregular Periods. Help?
hi i had severe lower back pain yesterday pretty much all day, and i dont have it today, but after intercourse, i had a weird feeling down there, and i am constantly peeing, i also havent had my menstrual cycle in 7 months but i went to the doctor and i'm not pregnant, i had a internal, and external ultrasound, and urine and blood test. PLEASE HELP

Hi, It appears that it is urinary tract infection, or anemia, which is causing irregular periods, and back pain or lower abdominal pain.May be exagerated by the interciurse.
I to my patients with such symptoms priscribe, hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime, and anlgesics, and dicyclomine hydrochloride if there is pain abdomen. Thank you.
