Have Small Dark Lump Underside Ring Finger, Painful When Squeezed. How To Cure It?
Hi, thanks for taking my question. I have a small dark lump at the underside of my ring finger. It is a little painful when squeezed. It looks like it has blood or darkish fluid in it. Would it be a mistake to try to puncture it myself with a needle? Kevin
Do not puncture the skin lesion. You seem to have developed a small collection of blood or a blood blister. It might develop after some kind of trauma to the hand. Just make sure that there is on further trauma. Just wait for the blister to settle on its own. Its roof will settle by itself in some more time. To prevent any further infection, you can apply a topical antibiotic cream over it. Take oral vitamin c.
